Terms of Service

Welcome to Qingyun Robotics products and services. Please read this Agreement carefully before use. By downloading, installing or using any of our software and services, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.
I. Definitions
- "Qingyun Robotics" ("we", "us" or "our"): refers to the Qingyun Robotics platform and its operators.
- "User" ("you" or "your"): refers to any natural person, legal entity or other organization that downloads, installs or uses Qingyun Robotics software and services.
- "Software": refers to the desktop control software (Xingju series), mobile control applications (Xingxuan series), competition management system (RoboDog) and other companion tools provided by Qingyun Robotics.
- "Services": refers to robot control, choreography, competition management, software downloads, version updates and related technical support provided to users through software and devices.
II. Account Registration and Management
- You may need to register an account to use certain services. You shall provide true, accurate and complete registration information and promptly update it when it changes.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account. Please keep your account and password secure. If you discover unauthorized use, you shall notify us immediately.
- Without our consent, you may not transfer, lend or rent your account to any third party.
III. Software License
- We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable limited license to install and use the software on devices you own or control.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the software, unless expressly permitted by law.
- You may not modify, adapt, translate the software, or create derivative works based on the software.
- All ownership and intellectual property rights in the software and services belong to us or the relevant rights holders. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership.
IV. Usage Rules
- Comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and not use the services for any illegal activities;
- Not interfere with, disrupt or attempt unauthorized access to our systems, servers or networks;
- Not use automated means (such as crawlers or scripts) to bulk collect or manipulate service data;
- Not distribute malicious code, viruses or other harmful programs;
- Follow safety protocols when operating robot equipment to ensure personal and property safety.
V. Intellectual Property
- All ownership, copyright, trademark, patent and other intellectual property rights in the software and related documentation belong to us or the lawful rights holders.
- Without prior written authorization, you may not use our trademarks, trade names, logos or product names in any form.
- The intellectual property rights in choreography data, competition records and other content created by you during use of the services belong to you or the relevant rights holders.
VI. Disclaimer
- The software is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty regarding its suitability, reliability, accuracy or completeness.
- We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party service failures, network environment changes, etc., but will make efforts to restore services.
- Operating robot equipment involves inherent personal and property risks. Users shall bear their own safety responsibilities during use and follow the equipment operation manual.
- Any third-party claims arising from your violation of this Agreement or applicable laws shall be your sole responsibility, and you shall indemnify us for any resulting losses.
VII. Agreement Modification
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement based on business development and legal changes. Modified agreements will be published on this page, and material modifications will be notified in an appropriate manner. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement. If you do not agree with the modifications, you may stop using the services and apply for account cancellation.
VIII. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- The formation, performance and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
- Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a competent people's court.
